Holidays in a Dash Campaign

Challenge

Pandemic-era shopping habits had pulled customers away from brick-and-mortar, and Walgreens needed to win them back. The goal was to reestablish the store as the smartest, fastest choice for the holiday season without leaning into tired retail clichés.

Solution

Led creative direction on a 360° campaign built around a bold new brand expression. Defined the visual strategy and oversaw execution across every touchpoint — in-store signage, paid social, digital display, and OLV — ensuring the system communicated urgency and ease with one unified voice.

Impact

The campaign drove a 5.9 million increase in store visits. People came back.
